1) Action on a request for a variance of 3.5 feet from the side-yard setback requirement found in Section 15-609 of the Municipal Code (Parking and/or storage of recreational vehicles and equipment) to allow a recreational vehicle to be parked in the side yard of the property located at 9727 Green Spruce Drive.

2) Action on a Special Exception to allow the construction of two City Buildings at the Scott’s Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility.
